Developing Cross- Cultural Integration -- A Learning Program for the Global Business Community
The most essential factor in a global environment is the capacity to
IDENTIFY, UNDERSTAND, RESPECT, and APPRECIATE
the cultural profiles of counterparts.
This training session/seminar is aimed at addressing and answering the following challenges:
- Reducing conflicts arising from differences in cultural norms and values BEFORE it is too late
- Increasing effectiveness of multi-cultural teams by facilitating communication
- Supporting the process of sharing organizational best practices and implementing them world wide
Regarding the People's Republic of China, Cross-Cultural Integration can contribute to a dramatic improvement of relations among Westerners and Chinese officials, private entrepreneurs, managers, and all levels of Chinese staff.
Some examples are:
- Overcoming reciprocal prejudices and stereotypes rooted in history, ideology, or simply - ignorance
